Position: Construction Estimator

Job Type: Full-Time (FTE)

Location: Abington-MA

Base Salary: $110,000 to $140,000 +Best-in-class benefits

MUST HAVE:

* Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field

* 2+ years of construction estimating experience

* Retail experience preferred

DAY TO DAY:

*The Construction Estimator estimates costs for commercial construction projects across all market sectors, including conceptual budgets and hard bid proposals.

*You will review and analyze bid documents, and identify risks, logistics, sequencing, and time constraints.

*Develop bid strategies and perform detailed trade/vendor take-offs.

*Prepare accurate scopes of work, estimates, and proposals, and ensure bid compliance.

*Communicate with trades, vendors, design teams, and clients throughout the pre-construction phase.
