  • Estimating Expertise: Prepare precise and competitive cost estimates across a range of project types, including commercial, municipal, and historical preservations.
  • Collaborative Planning: Work directly with project teams and clients to understand project specifications and timelines.
  • Software Proficiency: Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, and Sage Timberline for streamlined project estimation and management.
  • Innovative Solutions: Adapt to a wide range of project requirements and stay open to implementing new technologies or processes as needed.

  • Experience: 5+ years of estimating experience in commercial projects, with a diverse portfolio preferred.
  • Project Background: Proven ability to manage estimates for a variety of project types, including municipal buildings, historical preservations, and commercial spaces.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and Sage Timberline is required; flexibility to adapt to other project management tools is ideal.
