This role requires a seasoned professional with 8+ years of experience in electrical installations, project management, and team leadership. As a Foreman, you'll oversee projects exceeding $100k, manage teams of 5-10+ electricians, and ensure top-tier quality and safety.   • Project Leadership
    • Oversee and manage electrical projects valued at $100k+ from start to finish.
    • Lead and supervise teams of 5-10+ electricians, ensuring efficiency and quality.
    • Train and mentor electricians to enhance team performance and skills.
    • Coordinate with clients, project managers, and engineers to meet project goals.
  • Electrical Work
    • Perform complex electrical tasks, including wiring, conduit sizing, and switchgear installation, with minimal supervision.
    • Install and terminate bus feeders, motors, and controls, ensuring compliance with all codes and safety standards.
    • Troubleshoot and repair energized circuits and electrical equipment as needed.
    • Supervise rough-ins, underground layouts, and preparation for installations.
    • Read and interpret blueprints and control wiring diagrams to prepare installation layouts.
  • Project Coordination
    • Monitor project progress to meet deadlines, budgets, and labor schedules.
    • Ensure the availability and functionality of tools, materials, and equipment on-site.
    • Maintain clear communication between team members and management.
    • Uphold high standards of safety, quality, and professionalism on all job sites.
The ideal candidate should possess:
  • Experience & Skills
    • Minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial, industrial, or government electrical work.
    • Proven ability to manage teams and lead projects valued at $100k+.
    • Strong troubleshooting skills, including motors, controls, and complex systems.
    • Proficiency with switchgear, generators, PMs, and motor controls is highly beneficial.
  • Certifications & Training
    • Highly Preferred: OSHA 30 Certification, Confined Space Certification, leadership training.
    • Should Have: CPR Certification, OSHA 10 Certification, scaffolding, and aerial lift training.
    • Nice to Have: Additional certifications in safety protocols or manufacturer-specific systems.
    • Journeyman Electrician license preferred.
  • Leadership & Communication
    • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams.
    • Excellent communication skills with a focus on collaboration and problem-solving.
