Key Responsibilities:
- Safety Management: Enforce company safety policies and safe work practices at all times to ensure a secure work environment.
- Subcontractor Coordination: Coordinate and direct the work of subcontractors, ensuring all tasks are completed according to project specifications and timelines.
- Field Personnel Management: Direct and assist field personnel, providing leadership and support to ensure project success.
- Communication: Maintain clear communication with the Project Manager regarding any conditions or situations that could impact the project schedule or cost.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect work in progress to ensure that workmanship conforms to specifications and adheres to the construction schedule.
- Blueprint and Specification Interpretation: Read and interpret commercial blueprints and specifications to guide construction activities effectively.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Prior experience in a similar role within the commercial construction industry.
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Requirements: A valid driver's license is required.
