Each additional year of approved work experience may be substituted for one year of required formal education.License/Certification: Possession of a valid commercial driver's license, Class A CDL-A, with appropriate endorsements. The applicant's motor vehicle record MVR must meet minimum standards established by the NH Department of Transportation.Special Requirements: Applicant must agree to controlled substance testing as required by the US Department of Transportation, prior to being offered a position. In addition, position requires controlled substance testing and alcohol testing of the following: random, post-accident, reasonable cause and follow-up. Operation of snow removal equipment to include plow trucks and snow blowers; shovel where appropriate and spread salt and sand as necessary to maintain parking lots, sidewalks, etc. in a safe and functional condition.Prepares and oversees contracts for services, equipment and perators with private firms and state agencies.Coordinates special law enforcement details necessary to address maintenance and operation issues of boat access facilities with the Law Enforcement Division.Communicates and works with local officials and the public in order to identify and address issues with maintenance of facilities.Prepares reports on project
