Collins offers an exciting opportunity for a civil engineering student to gain hands-on experience doing construction management projects. Our Chicago, IL office has an opening for a Construction Inspection Intern position for the Summer of 2025. This position will be primarily in the field. You will work with professional licensed engineers that are inspecting construction activities, documenting contract quantities, and creating reports using data collections from the field. You will be able to get hands-on experience collaborating on construction management, inspection projects, and working on other various tasks with our seasoned engineers.

Qualifications
What are we looking for:
* Junior or senior working towards a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management from an accredited university.
* Previous software experience in AutoCAD, MicroStation, Blue Beam, or Civil 3D is a plus.
* Previous software experience in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe PDF or other PDF editing software is a plus.
* A valid driver's license.
