  • Lead the installation of industrial dust collection, compressed air, and exhaust systems.
  • Manage and mentor a 3-4 person crew to ensure project quality, efficiency, and safety.
  • Oversee compliance with safety regulations, including OSHA standards, company policies, and site-specific protocols.
  • Coordinate with clients and project managers to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Train team members in industry best practices, technical skills, and equipment operation.
  • Maintain and operate equipment such as forklifts, scissor lifts, and cranes/hoists.
  • Document project progress, equipment usage, and team performance in tools like Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues for seamless project delivery.
  • Utilize welding skills for on-site fabrication or repair tasks.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in industrial system installation or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a 3-4 man crew.
  • Rigging experience with a crane or hoist is a plus.
  • Welding experience is required.
  • Certifications in forklift and lift operation are preferred.
  • OSHA 10, confined spaces, and Lock Out Tag Out certifications are preferred (training will be provided).
  • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Physically capable of lifting 50-75 pounds regularly.
  • Familiarity with industrial systems like dust collection and compressed air systems is a plus.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
