Currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Management, Operations Management, or related field required.
Program Overview: - Duration: A 10-12-week paid internship with rotational components
- Customized Experience: We offer a customized program to help you explore interests within the organization and all facets of the branch
- Job Shadowing: Gain exposure by shadowing various departments including Project Management, Estimating, Sales and Operations teams
- Hands-On Training: Acquire cross-training across various functions to familiarize with all aspects of branch operations
- Mentorship: A dedicated mentor is assigned who will oversee the schedule, provide feedback, and offer support throughout the duration of the program
- Management Training: Guidance in various areas including team building, professional development, leadership, soft skills, and management skills
- Team Support: The ability to contribute to team efforts, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals and gain valuable insights into teamwork dynamics
- Housing Assistance: the company will provide housing close to the onsite branch
- Career Potential: Full Time employment opportunities available after graduation
