Starting Pay between $16-$30 depending on experience.
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working on construction sites, be physically fit, and be comfortable working in various weather conditions. You will assist with a wide range of tasks, including site preparation, material handling, demolition, and assisting skilled tradesmen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with site preparation, including setting up and breaking down temporary structures.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
- Operate and maintain construction tools and machinery.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks such as digging, trenching, and backfilling.
- Assist carpenters, electricians, and other skilled tradesmen when needed.
- Ensure a clean and safe job site by removing debris and hazards.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Communicate with the team to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Assist with basic construction tasks such as painting, sanding, and installing fixtures.
