- 10+ years experience as a carpenter
- Safely use hand and power tools
- Able to work independently
- Able to carry 50 pounds
- Able to climb ladder as needed
- Must have basic tools
Job duties for Carpenter / Construction person include:
- Rough and finish carpentry
- Drywall
- Framing
- General construction (interior only)
- Painting
- Minor electrical
- Installation of attic stairs
- When slow - MUST be willing to help with other things such as snow removal
