You'll be essential to maintaining smooth operations on-site by clearing shotcrete rebound and managing equipment to ensure everything runs efficiently and safely. If you enjoy working with your hands and being outdoors, this is the perfect opportunity to join a hardworking crew!
**What You'll Be Doing:**
+ Shovel shotcrete rebound from work areas to keep the site clean and operational.
+ Handle and support hoses during shotcrete application to ensure even distribution.
+ Safely move materials and equipment as directed by supervisors.
+ Work closely with the shotcrete team to maintain workflow and productivity.
+ Adhere strictly to safety protocols and procedures at all times.
**What You'll Need:**
+ **Safety First:** Must wear Class B Hard Hat, Safety Vest, Safety Eyewear, and Steel Toe footwear at all times.
+ Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, shoveling, and handling hoses.
+ Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
+ A positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic.
**Preferred Skills/Qualifications:**
+ Previous experience in construction or similar roles is a plus.
+ Familiarity with shotcrete processes is advantageous but not required.

**Pay Details:** $18.00 per hour
