Essential Duties and Responsibilities: *Physical labor to include digging ditches or trenches, backfilling excavations, setting trench support, and compacting or leveling earth at construction sites *Safely operate hand and power tools *Clean, prepare, and maintain safe work sites *Load and unload materials, machinery, or tools and deliver to appropriate locations *Take direction from supervisor to complete daily tasks and meet job site goals *Understand and comply with FMC and OSHA safety procedures Experience and Requirements: *No experience required, but driven to learn and take on new challenges *Reliable transportation *Ability to exert heavy physical effort, handling average weight objects up to 50 pounds Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour Benefits: Health insurance Health savings account Paid time off Professional development assistance Referral program Retirement plan Schedule: 8 hour shift Application Question(s): Why are you interested in this position?
