**Summary of Duties:**

* Performs tasks involving physical labor at commercial construction sites.

* Operates a variety of hand and power tools.

* Cleans and prepares sites, digs trenches, erects and breaks down scaffolding

* Assists craft workers as needed

* Performs other duties as assigned

**A General Knowledge of the Following:**

* Proper and safe use of equipment, materials and supplies used in heavy construction work.

* Various building types and construction methods.

**Requirements:**

* Willingness and ability to preform manual work following verbal and/or written instructions

* Must be in good physical condition in order to push, pull, carry objects and preform other tasks as assigned.
