**Primary Job Responsibilities**
* Assist with identifying materials, formwork, equipment, and tools onsite and offsite while working with other crewmen to utilize such items to meet established production and quality goals.
* Properly maintain all equipment, form boards, and tools so that they are in a safe and reliable working condition.
* Use hand tools to properly install bulkheads, shoring, and materials to designed specifications.
* Adhere and maintain safety protocols as it pertains to barricades, fall protection, and other safety systems.
* Walk and work on uneven surfaces, carrying material hoses and tools on a frequent basis.
* Place, position, erect, and dismantle bulk heads on a frequent basis.
* Climb ladders, scaffold, and shoring on a frequent basis.
* Work from a kneeling, crouching, or bent over position frequently.
* Pour, level and finish freshly placed underlayment materials.
* Grind or cut either green or cured concrete or underlayment materials on a frequent basis.
* Wear a dust mask in the presence of nuisance materials.
* At times, work in unfavorable weather/non-air-conditioned environments.

**Preferred Experience**
Experience in construction fields (concrete/gypsum underlayments/waterproofing) is a plus, but not a requirement.
Additional Requirements:
* Valid drivers license and reliable transportation. CDL is a plus.
* Ability to pass drug screening and background checks.
* Willingness to travel to projects throughout the Southeast.
