Toll Brothers, America's Leading Luxury Home Builder, seeks a Construction Laborer for one of our luxury home communities in Kirkland, Washington.
What is the opportunity?
The Laborer position is responsible for general site clean-up, floor prep, miscellaneous paint touch-ups, caulking, and erosion control items.
What are the primary responsibilities?
* General site clean-up
* Floor prep
* Miscellaneous paint touch-up and caulking
* Assist Construction Manager with daily tasks
* Retain and communicate information with all construction trades
* Erosion control tasks
* All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

The salary for this position is $18.69-$20.66 per hour.
