The Role

Are you a self-driven, disciplined, and reliable individual looking to kickstart your career in the construction industry? We are seeking a motivated Construction Laborer to join our dedicated team. If you have a passion for learning and a desire to excel in a hands-on environment, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Possess a good driving record and experience with dump trucks and trailers desired.
• Must be able to accommodate early morning shifts. Jobs can start as early as 5:00 AM.
• Need to have reliable transportation to and from our home office in Plymouth Meeting, PA.
• Support the team in maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Utilize computer and smartphone skills to document progress and communicate effectively.
• Use of tools and operation of machinery
• Must be able to meet company's employment requirements, which includes passing a drug screen, criminal background check, DOT physical and MVR.
