Construction Laborer

We are currently looking for skilled laborers to work on our commercial construction projects throughout Indianapolis, IN metro area. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and have a strong work ethic. Previous commercial construction experience is preferred. Position Responsibilities We are accepting applications for full time Skilled Laborers to join our self-performance construction team.

• Comply with Company Safety Program and OSHA Standards
• Keep the jobsite clean and organized
• Perform demolition work
• Work with and care for company tools and equipment
• Material handling
• Perform backhoe and/or forklift operations
• Assist the Superintendent and Carpenter as needed
• Check in material deliveries and examine for damage
• Assist Superintendent with weekly safety inspections

Minimum Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED required
• At least one year of commercial construction experience in the field
• Reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Good communication skills
