Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a range of commercial and warehouse construction projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate project timelines, resources, and teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal team members.
- Monitor project budgets, schedules, and quality to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Provide regular project updates to clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing diverse commercial and warehouse construction projects.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience in project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, Microsoft Project).
- Knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and best practices.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- 7 years of experience in construction project management or a related field.
