We have an exciting opportunity to work with a premier construction boutique in the Bay Area! The firm is consistently top-ranked by Chambers in Construction both Nationwide and in California.

We're seeking attorneys with broad litigation experience who are passionate about specializing in construction law. This role offers tremendous growth potential in this expanding field.

• The firm primarily represents general contractors and owners on a variety of privately held industrial and commercial projects.
• Cases are staffed efficiently and associates are given early exposure and responsibility
• Very collegial, collaborative environment
• Attorneys are in their Oakland HQ office 3 days per week
• 1,900 billable hour requirement
• Salary will depend on experience, ranging from $210k - $275k
• Generous bonus structure
