Our client, a well-established mid-sized law firm, is seeking a talented Construction Litigation Associate Attorney to join their dynamic team. Main Responsibilities as a Construction Litigation Associate Attorney

  • Represent clients in construction-related litigation, including contract disputes, defect claims, and lien enforcement.
  • Manage cases through all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
  • Draft and negotiate construction contracts, subcontracts, and related agreements.
  • Provide counsel to clients on risk management, compliance, and regulatory matters related to construction law.
  • Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and legal memoranda.
  • Collaborate with clients, experts, and other legal team members to develop effective case strategies.

Core Experience, Skills, and Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in construction litigation or a related practice area.Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Massachusetts Bar; additional bar admissions are a plus.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with construction industry practices and terminology is highly desirable.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
