Performs semiskilled trades duties. Assists with special projects and contractor oversight.
- Assists with special projects focusing on construction and renovations.
- Assists in painting and pressure washing of facility buildings and grounds.
- Participates in set up for events and construction type projects including, but not limited to transporting and setting up stage, chairs, podiums, lighting, and banners/backdrops.
- Performs additional duties as assigned.
