Requires the ability to assist in residential leaf collection, picking up and loading bags of leaves into the back of a leaf collection truck. Hours of work are 7:00a.m. - 3:30p.m., Monday through Friday, approximately from the first week of November through the last week of January. Minimum Qualifications Demonstrated ability to perform the essential functions of the job; or any equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be dependable and in good physical condition. Requires an acceptable criminal background check. Supplemental Information Work is performed outdoors and under all types of weather conditions with exposure to the usual hazards associated with outside work. This position requires the employee to report to work during inclement and extreme weather conditions, often outside normally scheduled work hours, or as notified by a supervisor. May also perform general labor assignments when regular employees are absent, as supplemental support for department projects, during peak work periods, and for special events. Physical Demands Must be physically able to lift between 50 and 75 pounds on a frequent basis.
