Position Summary

CoreVest is the leading private lender to residential real estate investors nationwide. We provide long-term loans for rental properties and short-term financing for acquisitions and fix/flips projects. As a construction Management Associate, you will be responsible for facilitating the financing needs of our investors to ensure completion of their projects.

Responsibilities & Duties

* Work with originators and other deal team members to evaluate feasibility of requested rehabilitation/construction projects

* Review draw requests, supporting documentation and inspection reports to verify that corresponding work has been completed

* Interface with borrowers to compile required information, documentation and resolve draw related issues

* Review sponsor background and operating capabilities

* Manage transactions and work closely with third-parties involved in diligence to ensure proper draw request procedures are followed

* Daily phone and email interaction with customers is required

* Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple transactions in a fast-paced deal environment

* Provide exceptional and proactive customer support

* Perform other related duties or special projects as necessary

* Exercise discretion and independent judgement to complete work assignments

Required Experience & Skills

* 1-3 Years commercial lending or construction management required

* Some experience in real estate, finance or a related field highly preferred

* Superior attention to detail, analytical, administrative and organizational skills

* Excellent Word and Excel skills

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Some in-person interaction with customers required

* Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced work environment

A reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for this role is $65K - $70k annually. The actual salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, geographic location, training, licensure and certification, and other factors.
