We have an immediate need for a Construction Management Representative working in the Everglades City, FL area for a 12-18 Month+, W-2 Contract Assignment.Pay rate is expected to be $50/HR, + mileage, travel expenses and daily meals per diem.Must be US Citizen or Perm ResidentPlease contact: ...@selectek.com or call Wendy 678-###-#### for immediate considerationMust have experience working on $25 million to $40 million projectsJob description:Inspect work of Construction Contractor for progress, workmanship, quality and conformance with contract documents, applicable building codes, and safety standards.Complete Daily Report for each day of on-site construction activities.At end of each week, upload reports to the proposed management software program.Monitor Construction Contractor compliance with Accident Prevention Plans (APP) and applicable safety requirements. Document safety issues on CMR Daily Log.Perform surveys of construction quantities.Take appropriate photographs color images in sRGB and/or JPEG format at a pixel resolution of not less than 1600 x1200 that document construction progress and problems such as capturing items that will not be seen later, etc.Upload a minimum of five digital photographs of each work activity weekly to the CMR proposed management software program.Review and verify Construction Contractor’s project record drawings are updated to reflect change and work completed before each monthly progress payment.Upon notification by Construction Contractor that work is substantially complete, perform inspection and draft deficiency list for NPS review.Review and provide responses to all requested technical and non-technical submittals Review and provide responses to RFIsReview MODs, coordinate IGE, prepare Record of Negotiations, and assist in negotiation calls.Review pay applications and provide recommendations for payment.Attend all project, client, and other required meetings.Review inspectors work, provide critique/updates, and update Program Manager on all Project StatusPreparing narrative description of work activities being completed by GC to articulate how work was done and properly inspected to meet Contractual Documents.Required:OSHA 10Show detailed experience for 15+ years in Marine, Civil, and Vertical type construction project either from General Contractor (GC), Construction Management, or Inspector level (more consideration given to Federal Type Work)Travel to and from site each week.Â*Expenses reimbursed as well as mileage for personal vehicle at current IRS rate from house or hotel to site and back plus Per Diem for meals ($10 Breakfast, $20 Lunch, $35 Dinner for overnight stays on dinner)*Preferred:ÂOSHA 30 (Preferred)CQCM (Contractor Quality Control Manager) Certification preferred
