The Role | ACM / CM

My client is in search of experienced Assistant Construction Managers (ACMs) and Construction Managers (CMs) to oversee the development of their state-of-the-art data center projects in Austin, TX. These roles are integral to the successful completion of innovative construction initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of data center construction projects, from inception to completion.
- Execution: Manage project execution, including finances, operations, closeout, and turnover.
- Field Coordination: Coordinate and manage field activities, including procurement, submittal installation, and third-party commissioning.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Leadership: Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, with ACMs stepping up to CM roles within 1-2 years.
Qualifications
- For ACM: Up to 5 years of project experience in Data Center / Mission Critical space.
- For CM: 5+ years of Project Management experience in Data Center Construction.
- Required Experience: Full Project Lifecycle Project Management experience.
- Tenant Improvement (TI) Projects: Must have experience with TI projects.
- Desirable Experience: Mix of General Contractor (GC) and Data Center developer experience.
- Education: Engineering degree or similar preferred but not mandatory.
- Skills: Strong ability to manage finances, execution, and project turnover.
Compensation and Benefits
- ACM Salary: $110,000 - $125,000
- CM Salary: $125,000 - $140,000
- Bonuses: Based on individual, company, and project performance.
