Job Description- Identify critical issues to successively complete design, construction, and relocation activities
- Development of client's future facility program requirements
- Identify and manage the project scope, incoming budget and schedule
- Selection of architects, consulting engineers, and contractors
- Coordinating and completing related move activities, including on-site supervision
- Client systems/applications and maintain data integrity throughout all phases of the project
- Prepare vendor invoice/draw process from receipt through payment
- Project reconciliation and closeout
- Actively attend and participate in initiatives and events
- Work alongside brokers + attend walk throughs to advice clients on costs

The Successful ApplicantA successful candidate:
- 8+ years of experience in Construction Management-focused role
- Degree in Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management
- Working knowledge of skilled trades including carpentry, masonry, concrete work, site excavation and grading, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, and electrical.
- Working knowledge of construction technology and details. Candidate must be extremely proficient reviewing and understanding all construction documents including specifications and drawings
- Excellent communication skills with various parties including management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients.
- Experience on occupied building renovations, Federal or MEP projects preferred
- Knowledge of and experience as a Construction Management Representative (CMR) with the National Park Service / Denver Service Center. is not required, but would be very helpful
