Job Description
  • Identify critical issues to successively complete design, construction, and relocation activities
  • Development of client's future facility program requirements
  • Identify and manage the project scope, incoming budget and schedule
  • Selection of architects, consulting engineers, and contractors
  • Coordinating and completing related move activities, including on-site supervision
  • Client systems/applications and maintain data integrity throughout all phases of the project
  • Prepare vendor invoice/draw process from receipt through payment
  • Project reconciliation and closeout
  • Actively attend and participate in initiatives and events
  • Work alongside brokers + attend walk throughs to advice clients on costs

  • 8+ years of experience in Construction Management-focused role
  • Degree in Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management
  • Working knowledge of skilled trades including carpentry, masonry, concrete work, site excavation and grading, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, and electrical.
  • Working knowledge of construction technology and details. Candidate must be extremely proficient reviewing and understanding all construction documents including specifications and drawings
  • Excellent communication skills with various parties including management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients.
  • Experience on occupied building renovations, Federal or MEP projects preferred
  • Knowledge of and experience as a Construction Management Representative (CMR) with the National Park Service / Denver Service Center. is not required, but would be very helpful
