Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager with Project Management experience to oversee construction projects for our Chemical facilities in the East St. Louis and Indianapolis Region. This role requires 90% travel within the area. Responsibilities: Lead and manage construction projects, develop project plans, monitor progress, and mitigate risks. Supervise construction activities, ensure compliance with safety regulations, conduct site visits, and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers. Prepare and manage project budgets, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost control. Lead and mentor on-site project teams, conduct regular meetings with stakeholders. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, liaise with regulatory bodies. Maintain project documentation, provide status updates to senior management. Identify and mitigate project risks, implement safety programs. Requirements: A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline. Over 5 years of experience in Construction Management, ideally within the chemical, industrial, or similar sectors. Proven expertise in Project Management, encompassing budget oversight and resource allocation. Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and environmental regulations. Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the region (90%) Preferred: PMP or CCM Certification Experience with Chemical Processing or Industrial Facility construction projects. Familiarity with Lean Construction principles and methodologies. M1
