Position Summary: As our Construction Manager, you'll be a crucial team player, ensuring that every project hits cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery. Essential Functions:
  • Plan and coordinate construction staffing and schedules.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager for seamless project transitions.
  • Schedule and conduct job meetings to maintain clear communication.
  • Negotiate prices with subcontractors and oversee procurement.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality control.
  • Supervise day-to-day activities and foster employee growth.
Secondary Functions:
  • Embrace flexibility and tackle any additional duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
  • High School Diploma/GED with construction training preferred.
  • 5+ years of residential construction experience, including supervisory roles.
  • Expert knowledge of construction practices, safety, and tools.
  • Valid PA driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Willingness to work overtime and participate in on-call rotations.
  • Proficiency in computer software applications.
