We are currently seeking a Construction Manager to join our team at S J Thomas Company Inc. This position will be located in person at our work site. The ideal candidate will have experience in change orders, submittals, scope development, bidding, construction management, civil engineering, architectural design, installation, estimating, proposals, inspections, specifications, electrical engineering, cost management, procurement, reimbursement, quality control, negotiation, and implementation. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This includes coordinating with subcontractors, managing schedules and budgets, ensuring quality control, and communicating with clients. The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to problem solve in a fast-paced environment.
