Petrochemical Construction Manager

Allied Resources is seeking a Petrochemical Construction Manager who is experienced in construction management and in overseeing multiple Project Managers, strong leadership, effective communication, and knowledge of construction methods and Petrochemical regulations. A day in the life:

• Coordinate with Project Managers to allocate resources, labor, materials, and equipment to optimize productivity within budget.
• Promote and uphold a culture of safety across all projects, conducting regular inspections and enforcing safety protocols
• Monitor project financials closely, tracking expenditures, forecasting costs, and managing project budgets effectively.
• Provide leadership, motivation, and development opportunities to enhance team capabilities to achieve project objectives.
• Maintain strong client relationships by delivering project that meet or exceed expectations and address client concerns promptly.

The wish list:

• 7+ years of experience in leading Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, or chemical Construction projects.
• Open to being fully onsite, and travel regularly to surrounding project locations.
