You will oversee field-based construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, and timely project completion.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.

- Oversee site design, material ordering, and construction progress.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve construction issues.
- Develop and implement project plans.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or Planning.
- 5+ years of experience in wireless site construction or related fields.
- Strong understanding of wireless tower industry standards and regulations.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel extensively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in civil or building construction.
- Knowledge of financial analysis and budgeting.
- PMP certification.
