- Valid Driver's License
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Proven working experience in construction
- Ability to track progress of multiple projects

- Experience in the construction industry

- Knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methods
- Basic understanding of construction processes
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and civil drawings is preferred
- Travel Requirement is 85% travel (day only / not overnight) and 15% office management time
Job Responsibilities:
- Schedule and oversee construction activities.
- Develop scope of work for projects.
- Travel to multiple sites to evaluate, inspect, report on, and oversee construction activities.
- Monitor progress of projects to ensure they are completed on time as scheduled.
- Identify/address any substandard deficiencies in the field with contractors.
- Schedule meetings with contractors, site inspectors, and managers as needed to complete construction projects.
- Plan construction activities to minimize impact to existing company operations.
- Evaluate and qualify contractors to perform work.
- Obtain/evaluate quotes for construction activities.
- Obtain permits as needed.
- Prepare weekly status update reports on assigned projects.
