  • High School Diploma
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven working experience in construction
  • Ability to track progress of multiple projects
  • Ability to focus and keep calm under pressure
  • Experience in the construction industry
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently.

  • Ability to multi-task
  • Excellent time and task management skills
  • Knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methods
  • Basic understanding of construction processes
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and civil drawings is preferred
  • Travel Requirement is 85% travel (day only / not overnight) and 15% office management time
Job Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and oversee construction activities.
  • Develop scope of work for projects.
  • Travel to multiple sites to evaluate, inspect, report on, and oversee construction activities.
  • Monitor progress of projects to ensure they are completed on time as scheduled.
  • Identify/address any substandard deficiencies in the field with contractors.
  • Schedule meetings with contractors, site inspectors, and managers as needed to complete construction projects.
  • Plan construction activities to minimize impact to existing company operations.
  • Evaluate and qualify contractors to perform work.
  • Obtain/evaluate quotes for construction activities.
  • Obtain permits as needed.
  • Prepare weekly status update reports on assigned projects.
