Summary/Objective
Is responsible to provide leadership and direction to employees while working on job sites. Ensure that all local and Federal safety standards are being followed and the workplace is maintained in a clean, safe and orderly manner. Produce projects schedules and status reports. Produce project bill of materials. Produce daily project safety documentation. Ensure project quality is in accordance with customer and company standards. Maintain company provided vehicles and resources are kept in a serviceable manner.
Primary Responsibilities
* Establish construction guidelines and Scopes of Work.
* Producing regular reports and statistics on a daily basis.
* Maintaining all company provided resources in a serviceable condition.
* Ensure the health, safety, cleanliness, and security of the work environment.
* Partner with Project Management team to
* Oversee all pre and post construction documentation
* Ensure construction drawings details are adequate for proper construction and review and redline drawings as required.
* Collaborate on projects budget
* Inspect and signoff on construction completeness upon validation of quality construction
* Monitor out of scope work and processing project change requests.
* Ensure all customer deliverables and pictures are completed daily and turned into the construction coordinator or close out specialist.
* Perform site walks with clients to outline project requirements and establish
* Partner with Operations to
* Schedule and manage site installation crew.
* Manage project timelines and develop sites to completion within desired time frame.
* Partner with Operations Manager on motivating, organizing, and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure set productivity targets are met.
* Train staff and monitor their performance and progress.
* Work with operations manager to ensure that field crew timecards are filled out daily and submitted for weekly review.
* Ensure that Site safety observations are completed for every job site and crew at the beginning of each workday.

Minimum Education and Experience
* High School Diploma or GED required
* 5+ years of wireless construction experience
Preferred and Additional Eligibility Qualifications:
* OSHA 30 preferred
* Strong Verbal and written communication skills
Skills Required:
* Basic knowledge and understanding of wireless construction (ex. RF site construction, antenna polarization and install optimization, experience working with municipalities, utilities, and jurisdictional entities, carrier grade network buildout)
* Proficient in reading and understanding construction drawing and support documentation, RF data sheets, and basic electrical concepts.
* Experience managing external contractors onsite
* Ability to maintain various projects and manage various projects in multiple markets simultaneously.
* Proven ability to define and meet individual and team project goals.
* Self-motivated and have an uncompromising work ethic.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word.
Supervisory Responsibility
* Coach new staff in the department for onsite best practices.
* Provides input on employee productivity and provides constructive feedback and coaching.
* Partners with Operations Manager to address performance issues of employees in accordance with company policy.
Work Environment /Physical Demands/Travel Required
* Partial office environment with ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions; including but not limited to snow, rain and varying temperatures
* Travel within region as required.
