- Manage all phases of the construction process, including pre-construction planning, material procurement, production, and on-site setup.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation using tools like Gantt charts and advanced project management software.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with architects, developers, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Ensure strict adherence to project specifications, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Prepare project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, contracts, and bid write-ups.
- Monitor and maintain schedules, ensuring timely delivery while meeting or exceeding client expectations.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure project milestones are met.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management; PMP certification is a plus.
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in construction project management, with modular construction experience preferred.
- Strong proficiency in project management software (Procore, Autodesk Build, Microsoft Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Solid understanding of blueprints, construction documents, and building codes.
- Proven leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a collaborative mindset.
- Knowledge of estimating, takeoffs, and relevant software is highly desirable.
