Our client is seeking a Construction Manager to join their team. As a Construction Manager, you will be part of the project management team supporting various capital projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a safety mindset, and excellent communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Drive day-to-day construction activities for multiple capital projects.
  • Support site safety and enforce Build Clean Protocols.
  • Participate in the review of scope changes and vendor/contractor change orders.
  • Coordinate with engineering, finance, and maintenance departments on cost-related issues.
  • Provide input on construction schedules and critical lift plans for equipment installations.

What's Needed?

  • 5-10 years of experience managing capital projects related to manufacturing facilities in the Life Science industry.
  • Ability to lead and manage contractors in the execution of projects up to $500 million.
  • Strong working knowledge of safety culture from design to field construction execution.
  • General engineering knowledge key to the successful implementation of Life Science projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
