job summary:

Construction Manager remote work opportunity with an energy efficiency solutions client located in the Eastern USA. This position will support the Senior Project Developer in the development of federal government projects. Mechanical background (boiler, chiller, air handlers, plumbing,) as well as lighting is preferred.

salary: $45 - 55 per hour

work hours: 8am to 4pm

responsibilities:

+ Utilize Procore (ESG project management software) to help with RFIs and to document meeting notes

+ Communication with internal and external resources as needed

+ Assist with the issuance of Purchase Orders, sub-contracts, and RFPs.

+ Review of engineering SOWs and savings calculations

+ Other duties as required

Requirements:

+ Approximately 3 or more years of related construction experience

+ Willingness and ability to help with RFIs, document meeting notes and assist with the issuance of Purchase Orders, sub-contracts, and RFPs

+ Procore experience

+ Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, power generation, steam, chilled water, hot water, control design, and/or mechanical systems

+ Ability to review, analyze, and interpret mechanical drawings and engineering schematics, third-party write-ups etc. and assist with engineering calculations as needed

+ Maturity and professionalism to effectively handle frequent exposure to senior management, as well as with external organizations and customers
