RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement company operational procedures
- Project Management or Construction Management experience
- Manage business cost
- Scheduling of projects with outside stakeholders as well as internal teams
- Meet company objective deadlines
- Participate in the recruitment of company personnel
- Manage training and safety programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience is accepted
- Must have a minimum of 5 years of Operational/Construction experience
- Residential and/or Commercial experience
