We're looking for a skilled Construction Manager to oversee and drive our projects, ensuring they meet client expectations and company standards.Job Description
  • Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Oversee site operations, ensuring safety protocols and quality standards are strictly followed.
  • Monitor project costs and control expenditures to stay within budget.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any issues that arise on-site.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to provide project updates and address any concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal building codes and regulations.

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in construction management, preferably in industrial or warehouse projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Proficiency with project management software and construction technology.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle fast-paced projects.
  • Knowledge of OSHA standards and safety regulations.
