Reviews project documents & contracts to fully comprehend project specific scope of work. - Reviews proposed master schedule (including milestone events). - Initiates communication procedures. - Attends public hearings or meetings as requested. - Reviews built and field conditions to advise consultants accordingly. - Conducts constructability reviews. - Monitors and manages general contractor's construction schedule. - Visits restaurants under construction at specific milestone events to ensure compliance with schedule & observe quality. - Review all site, building &equipment shop drawings and submittals. - Prepare and monitor punch list work and score GC performance via punch list. - Implements QC requirements and monitors third party testing requirements. - Maintains equipment vendor & installation schedules. - Tracks, reviews, and responds to general contractors & equipment vendors. - Successfully completes restaurant turnover to new restaurant opening team. - Evaluates general co...Manager, Construction, General Contractor, Microsoft, Restaurant, Equipment
