Piper Maddox has partnered with a prominent renewable energy company specializing in the development, construction, ownership, and operation of premium wind and solar power generation, energy storage, and transmission facilities. Together, we are searching for a Construction Site Manager.

The company manages a portfolio of 35 power facilities and transmission assets, delivering affordable, clean energy to millions of customers worldwide.

In this role, you will serve as the primary on-site representative, ensuring the safe, high-quality execution of the project. Responsibilities include promoting a strong safety culture, managing contractor and supplier interactions, and maintaining project schedules. This position involves coordinating with stakeholders such as landowners, local communities, and government entities while overseeing compliance with contracts and quality standards.

We are seeking candidates with a background similar to the following:

• Demonstrated experience in the full lifecycle of at least 2-3 large-scale onshore wind projects (100+ turbine sites), from initiation to completion.
• Proven construction management experience as an owners representative.
• Expertise in onshore wind energy projects.
• A background in electrical engineering.
• Demonstrated ability to manage subcontractors effectively, ensuring alignment with project objectives and standards.
