We are seeking a Construction Material Project Manager (CMT Manager) to join our North Platte, NE team! Come join us!

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

* Conduct business in a professional, honest, and ethical fashion at all times

* Fee Proposal Development and Tracking Project Budgets and Schedules

* Quantity Take Offs - provide quantities and cost estimates as needed for project delivery

* Maintain and organize detailed construction files, project records, and logs

* Track, document, and manage project issues and conditions

* Manage the construction Request for Information (RFI) and submittal process

* Oversee and review daily field inspector reports

* Provide and coordinate technical and administrative information to others

* Ensure that project work complies with with all engineering standards, codes,

specifications, and design instructions

* Support business development activities by fostering and maintaining long-term client relationships and developing a client base for providing all Atlas services including identifying additional business development opportunities.

* Mentor and train staff to foster their professional development
