What You'll Do Day-to-Day:
  • Project Leadership: Oversee and manage medium to large geotechnical and construction materials testing projects from inception through final reporting, ensuring that each phase aligns with industry standards.
  • Client Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and exceeding quality expectations.
  • Team Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire field staff, fostering a safe, supportive, and growth-oriented work environment.
  • Cross-Department Coordination: Work closely with technical teams, leadership, and laboratory staff to ensure seamless project delivery and high-impact outcomes.
  • Business Development Support: Help grow our business by building client relationships, expanding your professional network, and contributing to revenue goals.
What You Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Construction Inspections and Materials Testing, Geotechnical projects, and/or Special Inspections.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain within six months.
  • Strong familiarity with ASTM, AASHTO, DOT standards, and IBC Special Inspections.
  • Physical ability to work in field settings, handle equipment, and lift up to 50 pounds.
