Job Description *
A client in the Hollywood Hills area is looking for an operations manager to support their construction department. This resource will work alongside the CEO co-managing construction projects. Duties may include but are not limited to travelling between work sites to manage completion of projects, working with subcontractors, and keeping the executive team apprised of progress. Projects will involve ground property, ground development, and estate property development. This company holds strong team values and seek to serve their community in a variety of ways. It is critical that this hire be passionate, caring, and able to extend that culture to all customers! The ideal candidate will be a proficient communicator with experience coordinating major concurrent projects and reporting directly to Executive level stakeholders. This role will be full time onsite in the client office in Hollywood Hills with 30% local travel expectations.
Salary Range - 100K - 120K
