Our typical scope of work includes the installation of piles, lagging, walers, braces, Deep foundations Large diameter drilled shafts and caissons Soil nailing Underpinning, and more for support of excavation and deep foundation projects. Strong Preference for Operations Manager or Construction Project Manager with Construction Business Operations and Safety experience Construction OPERATIONS MANAGER Responsibilities: Construction OPERATIONS MANAGER Business Planning
  • Develops long-term plans to grow the operations.
  • Identifies improvement initiatives as required to successfully implement.
  • Manages and oversees Shop Managers to ensure proper equipment and people are available to support operational and project demands.
Construction OPERATIONS MANAGER Financial Management
  • Prepare project budget, schedule, track project costs, and monthly revenue and profit estimates.
  • Reviews and manages shop costs in coordination with the Shop Manager.
  • Manages equipment efficiently.
  • Builds annual Capital Expenditure list.
  • Manages and minimizes overhead costs where appropriate.
CONSTRUCTION OPERATIONS MANAGER Safety Ensures compliance with OSHA safety requirements. Ensures that work is performed per the contract quality requirements.
  • Risk Management.
  • Fully understands and complies with risk management policies and procedures.
  • Recognizes major risks and takes appropriate measures to reduce risks to the company.
CONSTRUCTION OPERATIONS MANAGER Required Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of construction industry-related experience preferred, Commercial Structural, Concrete, Heavy Civil, Marine, Oil and Gas, and Geotechnical Construction.
  • Excellent computer, written and verbal communication skills necessary.
