Description

Project Manager will be responsible for:

• Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
• Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to set project goals and timelines.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address challenges.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Foster strong relationships with high-profile clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Profile

• At least 6 years of experience as a Project Manager running projects independently from start to finish
• Background in
  • Life Science (Ground up or interiors)
  • Hospital work accepted
  • Design Build is a big plus
• Commercial construction experience
• A bachelor's degree in construction, architecture, engineering or related
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organizational skills
