Duties & Responsibilities: Prepare and manage the project schedule Administering contract terms and conditions, contract documents, subcontract agreements and purchase order agreements Complete monthly project status reports, owner billings and financial risk assessments Ensure project safety, schedule, profitability and customer satisfaction Assist with preconstruction efforts Manage buy-out process Recognize constructability issues with project design Understand contract terms, budgets, insurances, bonds and change orders Compensation:
