Award-winning General Contractor in Philadelphia is looking to add a Carpentry Project Estimator to their team.

The project portfolio is extensive (>$200Mil), with multiple projects in the planning stage.

The ideal candidate must have experience in Construction projects estimation/ Pre-construction and a solid foundation in carpentry work. Prior experince of estimating commercial projects is a big plus.

Desired Skills And Experience

• 2+ yrs of experience in commercial / retail project estimation
• Bachelor's degree in construction management or similar
