Project Manager Job Description:
The Project Manager will have a strong track record of completing projects specifically within the Commercial (k-12, municipals, office buildings...etc.) sector, ensuring their successful delivery within schedule and budget along with the ability to manage vendors, subcontractors, and field staff throughout the project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all phases of multifamily construction projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Develop and maintain project schedules using MS Project and oversee construction sequencing and timelines.
- Utilize Procore for project management, documentation, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage budgets, track costs, and forecast financials to ensure projects meet profitability targets.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve design and construction challenges.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control, safety, and adherence to project plans.
- Act as the primary point of contact for owners, ensuring clear communication and strong relationships.
- Mentor and manage junior project team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Business preferred
- 5+ years' experience as a Project Manager within Commercial (k-12, municipals, office buildings...etc.)Construction
- Proven record of success on large and/or complex projects
- Proficient with relevant construction technology; Procore experience a plus
Salary: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
