Job Description:

As a Construction Project Manager, you will oversee large, complex projects, ensuring they are planned, executed, monitored, controlled, and closed successfully. You will act as the Owner's representative, coordinating with stakeholders and third-party consultants to manage design and construction phases. Your responsibilities include tracking design packages, resolving issues, supporting contract negotiations, reviewing cost estimates, conducting constructability reviews, processing invoices, and managing change orders and disputes. You will also assist in scheduling and coordinating third-party contractors and consultants for data center projects.

You bring to the team:

* Strong communication skills

* Ability to contribute and work well on a team

* Bachelor's degree in engineering, sciences, landscape architecture, construction management or business

* 15 years of experience in the construction industry

* 10 years of experience in leadership or management

* Ability to plan, execute, monitor, control, and close a project
