Overview
Kimley-Horn's Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (PA) office is seeking a Construction Engineer/Project Manager with 8+ years of experience to join their Data Center team! This is not a remote position.
Responsibilities
* Site visits
* PCSM inspections with documentation
* Close outs: CS forms, as-builts, EPS Coordination, etc.
* Respond to RFI's and submittals
* Join OAC calls
* Coordinate with client construction team, CM, GC, site subcontractors, third party reviewers, etc.
* Assist in field revision design/coordination
* This is an exciting opportunity to work with a team of engineers and designers on a variety of projects
* You will flourish on both building meaningful internal and external professional relationships
* You will work closely and collaboratively with other industry leading professionals, various jurisdictions, and contractors
Qualifications
* 8+ years of relevant engineering construction engineering experience in some combination of industrial, institutional, manufacturing, commercial, renewable energy, power generation, and data center projects
* Experience with PCSM inspections, documentation, punch walks, and close out efforst with general contractors and owners
* Experience responding to RFI's and submittals
* Familiar with coordinating with clients, attending client meetings, and overseeing quality standards
* Professional Engineering (P.E.) License is a plus
* CPESC preferred or ability to obtain
* PennDOT close out experience is a plus
